品茶，是一种返璞归真的生活姿态。

茶之所“品”，不仅在于茶叶的好坏，清水、器具、甚至于环境，皆在“品”内。整体空间所营造的氛围将赋予物质空间特殊的气质，虽未入于口体，却可观、可感、与茶一道影响了座中人的心境。
