小是体块呈现方式，美是精心雕琢手法。小而美书院从传统文化中提取象征符号。轻启“书”扉，由感而发。结合中国传统水造景、中式山水画、竹简丹青等传统文化元素。将书院的传统意蕴与现代建筑空间场景融合，打造出一个现代典雅气质的书院。

Small is the representation of the volume, beauty is acarefully crafted technique.Small but Beautiful Academy extracts symbols fromtraditional culture.Gently open the "book" leaf, by feeling andhair.Combined with traditional Chinese water landscape, Chinese landscapepainting, bamboo and other traditional cultural elements.It integrates the traditionalimplication of the academy with the space scene of modern architecture tocreate a modern and elegant academy.

将农商行“小而美”的经营理念延伸至整体空间，从传统经典承载的人文精神中提炼出新的元素并运用至空间中，表达出“小而美”的理念。

It extends the small and beautiful management conceptof agricultural and commercial firms to the whole space, extracts new elementsfrom the traditional classical humanistic spirit and applies them to the space,and expresses the concept of "small and beautiful".

整个空间包含了前厅、休闲阅读区、培训教室、多功能教室、洽谈会议区。

前厅中轴对称的空间形式产生一种“安静”的仪式感，蕴含着平衡、稳定之美。使整个空间具有新东方的美感和秩序感。"自然"的境界是一种自然而然、无为而自成、任运的状态，而空间中毛石、木饰面、绢布、沙石、水景则塑造出自然、淡泊、清净的书院氛围。
